I’m an experienced policy lead and political communications strategist working on democratic freedoms, public advocacy, and Oireachtas engagement.

My work encompasess policy, government relations and narrative, combining legislative advocacy, research, and strategic communications to strengthen civil liberties and democratic participation.

I have over ten years’ experience across advocacy, public policy, NGO lobbying, and political advising, including previous roles in Early Childhood Ireland and as a senior adviser in the Oireachtas. I’ve worked extensively with parliamentarians, officials, media, and civil society coalitions on translating values and evidence into arguments that can succeed in real political contexts.

I’m particularly interested in how democratic systems work (and fail), how public opinion is shaped, and how good causes can make stronger, more persuasive cases for change.
